It’s time to fight the good fight. These important actions can help us avoid cynicism, build our movement, make our opposition clear and impossible to ignore, and secure a foundation to make more and more powerful demands and escalate our actions:
- Tell your congressional representatives to vote YES on the War Powers Resolution and NO on war with Iran!
- Bonus ask: if you’ve already sent in your letters, can you ask three people to register their dissent, too?
- Join us tomorrow, Wednesday 3/4 at 9pm ET/8pm CT for our No War with Iran Mass Call! On this call, you’ll hear from experts, historians, coalition partners, and DSA electeds about the context of this war and tactics and strategies we can use to oppose it.
- Bonus ask: can you invite one less-politically-active friend to watch the call and plan for a follow up discussion with them the next day to get their thoughts?
- Attend a rally this weekend with our partners at the ANSWER Coalition, the National Iranian American Council, Black Alliance for Peace, CodePink, and more. We’ve endorsed this day of action, and hope to see DSA members like you across the country showing up!
- Bonus ask: check in with your DSA chapter leadership to see how you can plug in to help organize the rally where you live. The turnaround is fast, so we need all hands on deck!
