His clock may also be ticking for the trillionaire elite that anointed him. In general, the super-rich don’t long tolerate destabilizing lunacy.
For the rest of us, 2026 demands a trifecta: protecting the fall elections, building a truth-based net-rooted people’s media, winning a post fossil/nuke Solartopia.
Winning all three won’t be easy....but our survival depends on it:

Trump’s MAGA monsters---Bannon, Miller et. al.--- have primed the ICE /Gestapo for a totalitarian coup. But they’ve vastly underestimated the visceral American attachment to democracy.

Bannon/Miller mean ICE to terrorize every polling station. Trump wants to kill vote by mail, trash the postal service, disenfranchise women, deport citizens of color, establish concentration camps here, run death camps in El Salvador, and so much more.
In the wake of Bush v. Gore, Citizens United and so much more, we know the dark money tsunami will never stop.
Given the fiascos of Florida 2000, Ohio 2004, the Rat fucked Coup of 2010, Wisconsin-Michigan-Pennsylvania 2016, we have learned the hard way that reliable elections can be won only at the grassroots. No matter the polls, we cannot count on the Democrats. Only a monumental people’s movement can guarantee a survivable 2026 outcome.

2. A WEB-BASED REBORN ALTERNATIVE MEDIA

Big Money’s Orwellian TrumPravda already darkens Twitter (X), Facebook, Apple, Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Hulu, Disney, HBO, Reddit, WAPO, the LA Times and now CBS and CNN.
Long ago, the “underground press” and “guerilla radio” informed millions. Run through cranky mimeos in dank basements on pot-stunk paper, shouted over funky low-powered mikes, this heroic “alternative media” sustained a fragile democracy under lethal attack.
Liberation News Service the Underground Press Service, Ramparts, Progressive, Mother Jones, Pacifica Radio et al empowered a dauntless network of Truth-Tellers that somehow subverted many of the murderous poisons spewing through the mainstream media.

Today’s internet reeks of madness, mediocracy, fascist manipulation.
But its freewheeling omnipresence may prove our saving grace. Once we blew the global mind with mailed mimeos. Now our lap tops and cell phones, blogs and podcasts can bend the arc of the multiverse.
Colbert and Kimmel could be more powerful than CBS or CNN. A million on-line blogger/podcasters could well rout a dying legacy media.
We must be savvy enough to make it happen.
3. A GREEN-POWERED EARTH
Coal, oil, nukes and gas (King CONG) define the oligarchic death spiral, including Trump’s endless fascist wars, whose primary enemy is Earth Herself.

The “Peaceful Atom” is still a Bomb, running two...three... ten times the price of renewables, always late, breaking down, spewing climate chaos and forever waste, irradiating the Earth.
The free market CATO Institute says SMRs (Silly Mythological Ripoffs) are already priced out. Even with the AI data center hoax, they’ll never get to mass production. The insane Keystone Kops scam to revive dead nukes is also doomed to collapse.
A world run on nature-based renewables will be very different place
Photovoltaic cells, windmills, geothermal wells, backyard batteries...they can doom totalitarian control, relentlessly fall in price, power grassroots social democracy. For the trillionaire Epstein Class, Solartopia empowers the ultimate egalitarian terror.
Village by village, panel by panel, rural Africa, Asia and Latin America are fleeing fossil/nukes, leaving grids un-built and billionaire utilities demanding unsustainable electric bills.
