This is the case that first granted corporations constitutional right, and hence personhood status. Join us for a historical dive into this little known but extraordinarily significant Supreme Court case. We will discuss what sparked the dispute, its mysterious ruling, and how it led to the infamous Citizens United v. FEC case in 2010.
