What YOU Can Do NOW to Help Shape this Apocalyptic Election

The global election of our lifetimes is well underway.  In the few days remaining through November 3, it’s up to YOU to shape the turnout... then prepare to protect the outcome.

That site includes the “20% Solution,” urging progressives to earmark at least a fifth of our donations for grassroots organizing.  

Thanks to the great work of democracy activists like Andrea Miller of the Center for Common Ground (https://www.centerforcommonground.org ), Ray McClendon of Citizens United for Justice ( https://cu4justice.com ), and of investigative journalists like Greg Palast ( https://gregpalast.com) and so many more, there’s no excuse for wringing your hands and moaning “what can I do?”

Since April, 2020, we’ve been gathering at the Green Grassroots Election Protection grassrootsep.org (most Mondays, 5-7pm ET ) to work through the myriad ways we can help get out the vote, and then organize to save what’s left of our democracy.  The six-year archive documents how to encourage voter turnout... then how to react to what’s coming if/when the initial vote count says Trump must go.  

First we must guarantee our votes are secured, and duly cast, either by mail, drop box, or in person at an election center.

GOTV phones are right now open to call where turnout may be most crucial.  Andrea Miller’s Center for Common Ground urges we connect with prospective voters to encourage their casting ballots:

The stars may already be aligning, with glimmers of hope from Brazil, Serbia, Israel.

US public opinion polls and massive early turnouts here seem to confirm the epic unpopularity of our would-be dictator.

So from now through November 3, lets cast our ballots and encourage those remaining to find their way into secure election centers.

AND lets prepare to fight like hell for a safely secured constitutional vote count...followed by a duly installed grassroots government...cleanly powered throughout the post fossil/nuke Solartopian era yet to come.
