We welcome adults age 18 and older with intellectual or developmental disabilities who would benefit from our services and programs. Eligibility is typically based on a few key factors, including having a diagnosed intellectual or developmental disability and being connected to, or eligible for services through, a county board of developmental disabilities. Our team can help you understand how these apply to you and what options may be available.
While these general guidelines apply across many of our services, some programs include additional considerations depending on the type and level of support needed.
Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF)
Designed for individuals who need more structured, around-the-clock support, including medical or behavioral assistance. Certain medical needs may require additional review.
Adult Day Programs
May include location-based considerations depending on transportation and service area.
