We’re excited to announce our 10th annual Midwest Permaculture Convergence and invite you to join us for a weekend of learning, connection, and community.

Set at the serene and magical Heart Valley Springs, this gathering will feature workshops, talks, skillshares, and open space sessions rooted in permaculture, food sovereignty, community resilience, regenerative living, and more.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to build a resilient Midwest—grounded in nature’s principles and guided by permaculture design—while supporting one another and the ecosystems we’re part of.

This year’s convergence brings together a diverse group of educators, organizers, and practitioners working across both ecological and social systems.

Sessions will range from hands-on, land-based skills like seed saving, foraging, herbalism, and off-grid systems, to deeper conversations around community organizing, networks of care, and navigating the realities of a changing world.

Whether you're new to permaculture or have years of experience, there will be opportunities to:

Learn practical, applicable skills

Engage in meaningful discussions

Connect with others doing this work across the Midwest

More than just a series of workshops, this convergence is about building relationships, sharing knowledge, and strengthening the networks that support real, lasting change.
