During this webinar, we will hear from attorneys who have filed successful lawsuits requiring cities and states to free prisoners from detention in order to mitigate the spread of the pandemic. We will talk about tactics that have been successful, ongoing legal battles, and obstacles they have encountered.

Our right to free speech in Ohio is under attack in multiple bills at the Statehouse! S.B. 33, that bars protest at oil and gas infrastructure sites, passed in January. Since then, four more bills are in committee.
