Join our Organizing Training to learn how to win and enforce the midterm elections, fight for justice, and bring your people!

We are organizing at a critical moment. Research on authoritarian movements around the world shows that election years are pivotal—either accelerating authoritarian consolidation or stopping it in its tracks. The 2026 midterms are one of those decisive moments.

We know MAGA and the billionaires are already organizing for this fight. At SURJ, we are meeting this moment by building coordinated power through our Block by Block campaign.

This training is a hands-on introduction to that strategy. You’ll learn about SURJ and why we organize white people, explore why we believe this is a winning approach, and practice how to talk with people in your life about joining this work. You’ll also build skills and practice responding to real-world scenarios we may face in defending elections.

You'll leave skilled up and with clear next steps in how to join our Block by Block campaign.
