ICE attacks in Columbus are rampant, and our community needs to show up for one another! Join us on Wednesday, Dec 31 at 7 PM at MAS Columbus to take action by building whistle kits and learning how to use them. Whistle kits are a simple, low-tech tool neighbors use to alert one another when ICE or federal agents are nearby. Can’t make it? You can still help by donating to help buy more supplies

Join us for the citywide Kwanzaa celebration where tradition meets creativity! This year’s program features an array of hands-on crafts and captivating performances, designed to honor and celebrate the rich heritage of Kwanzaa.

Volunteer for food delivery to those who may be sheltering in place or to help in other ways.

A Linden-area church offering Spanish-language mass at 7:30 pm on Christmas Eve and 11 am on Christmas Day has asked for a protective presence outside their building. We are recruiting people willing to show up in support of our neighbors. 

If you are or may be able to show up and protect our neighbors celebrating Christmas in this environment of fear, please respond to this email and express that you are able to join Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or both.
