ICE out of Columbus!
Date:
Sunday, December 21, 2025 - 3:00pm
Venue:
Westerville Skatepark, 455 Park Meadow Rd., Westerville, OH 43081
4PM - DECEMBER 20, 2025
Columbus Liberation Center, 1004 Parsons Ave.
The people of Columbus are coming together to fight back against ICE’s assault on our immigrant neighbors and coworkers in a mass meeting held at the Columbus Liberation Center. Endorsed by organizations across Columbus, including the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) Ohio, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, ICE Out of Cbus, Muslim American Society - Columbus, and local leaders like Rep. Munira Abdullahi, the meeting builds on the actions that community members have already taken against ICE since they descended on our city. We will discuss why and how we must organize to get ICE out of Columbus.
Olivia Rowland, an organizer with ICE Out of Cbus, said: “It’s clear that these ICE attacks, which follow President Donald Trump’s despicable comments regarding our Somali neighbors, are meant to cause fear and terror. The ruling class wants to divide us to distract us from the real issues facing all workers. This mass meeting will show that we are united, and we will fight back. We won’t stop until ICE is out of Columbus!”
Call to Action: MOBILIZE AND PROTECT
Friday, December 19, 2025 - 11am
e want to make sure that our Muslim neighbors stay safe from ICY conditions tomorrow. We are asking for volunteers to be a part of a community safety initiative at the local mosques. Volunteers will keep an eye out for ICY activity and vehicles. Volunteers will make sure that doors are blocked during the prayer. We are hoping to provide safety at the most vulnerable mosques around the city. Twenty people are needed at each of the main Somali mosques, from 11 am to 3 pm.

At this training, you’ll learn how a bill becomes a law in Ohio and how YOU can impact state laws and policies. The path to rebuilding Ohio starts with showing more people what their current elected officials are doing. They say sunshine is the best disinfectant…let’s shine a blinding ray of light on the Statehouse.
The Trump Administration has deployed thousands of troops and at least 8 warships to the Caribbean, threatening war against Venezuela.
DSA urges you to contact your representatives in Congress to say No War on Venezuela! The House will vote on H.Con.Res.64, a bipartisan War Powers Resolution to prevent any unauthorized U.S. military action in or against Venezuela.

Ohio State University has never fully reckoned with its role in one of the largest sexual abuse scandals in college athletics history.
Thousands of athletes were sexually abused by Dr. Richard Strauss. Some were football players. Survivors have raised serious questions about how power, money, and silence protected abusers—and those connected to them.
Jeffrey Epstein donated $2.5 million to Ohio State, and shortly after, Les Wexner’s name was added to the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.
Survivors have also pointed to disturbing overlaps between Strauss, Epstein, and Abercrombie & Fitch—then owned by Wexner—including allegations involving photographed athletes and modeling connections.
Despite this, Les Wexner has refused to comply with a subpoena to testify in the OSU abuse case.
That is unacceptable.
Survivors are demanding accountability.
We are demanding action.
