The election results are in, and a second Trump administration will be hostile to science and to the evidence-based solutions we need to protect public health and reduce the impacts of climate change. “Inhale/Exhale” is a space for restorative healing for organizers and activists in our lovely ecosystem. We welcome all organizers in the progressive and left movements to honor their bodies by resting and entering this space to learn ways to heal. In this installment, we will focus on “rest post-election.” We need rest in order to build capacity for the world we want to see. We rest intentionally so that we can make space for the dream. Please sign up to attend this lovely event!

Sunday, November 17, 5:30-6:30pm, Old First Presbyterian Church, 1101 Bryden Rd.

Different meditation practices will be presented, throughout the year, by practitioners of those traditions.
