We’ll be joined by India Walton, Madinah Wilson-Anton, Karen Bernal, Max Elbaum, Alan Minsky, and Jeff Cohen, in a conversation moderated by RootsAction’s national director, Norman Solomon.

• Alan Minsky is the executive director of Progressive Democrats of America and a longtime journalist.

Join us at Wellness Forum Health for a free screening of the documentary, “A Prayer for Compassion,” that encourages those already on a spiritual path to expand their compassion to all living beings. The film draws on traditions including Christianity, Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Quakers, Seventh Day Adventism, Unity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Native American tradition, Unitarian Universalism, Zoroastrianism, and more.

The Ohio History Connection presents the annual MLK Open House. Celebrate the life and legacy of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King through visual and performing art performances. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the impact of Dr. King’s teachings and learn how his work changed the trajectory of the country.

Admission is free, but pre-registration is strongly recommended.

Join Indivisible Central Ohio Friends and Neighbors for our “Kick Gerrymandering to the Curb” Kick-off Meet and Greet! Pick up petitions, get shirts and other gear, sign up for events, get tips and tricks, and meet the team as we get set to collect a mountain of signatures and finally end gerrymandering in Ohio!

Hosted by Indivisible: Ohio District 12.

The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and is still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called “Going to HCCO” and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.

Going forward, our meetings will be hybrid. You may meet us in-person or attend on-line.

Join us for a live performance of chamber music in celebration of Public Domain Day 2024, featuring music that has recently entered the public domain in the U.S.

The event will include remarks on the music, recent copyright developments, and resources that promote works from 1927-1928 entering the public domain for the first time.
