Community
We have formed Pride in Grove City to recognize the growing awareness within our community that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and asexual people (LGBTQIA+) should be fully and equally represented both in the community and within its government.
Pride in Grove City is open to all people who subscribe to our goals and purposes regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Folk Roots Singer-Songwriter Shawna Caspi has spent nearly two decades and five albums captivating audiences with her poetic lyricism and her commitment to always trying to “find some light in any dark subject . . . that vein of hope that runs through everything.” Shawna’s most recent album, “Hurricane Coming,” finds her at her most honest and vulnerable and was nominated for Canadian Folk Music Awards’ Contemporary Album of the Year (2023).

We know that voters have questions — good ones! — so we have invited experts in public health and constitutional law to get real answers.

Dig into history with Ohio History Connection’s annual Ohio Archaeology Day! Explore Ohio’s past with archaeologists from across the state. Learn what it takes to be an archaeologist, participate in a mock dig on site, and hear from experts in the field.
Activities will include presentations, partner booths, pottery making, flint knapping, atlatl [spear] throwing, and mastodon crafts.

Free Resource Fridays is our monthly free resource giveaway, hosted on the last Friday of every month! Meet us at Community Grounds from 4pm to 6pm and grab some resources, harm reduction supplies, clothes, hygiene products, and food! We have plenty so please feel free to pick up items for loved ones in need. If you can’t make this time, hit us up for porch/door drop offs!
