One year before Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination, Dr. King spoke powerfully against the U.S. war in Vietnam, decrying militarism, materialism, and racism embedded in U.S. culture, policy, and economy. These problems have reached a crisis level in our nation today.

Join us for the third annual reading of Dr. King’s “Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence” speech.

This event will be a Celebration of Our Village.

It takes a village to raise a child. Glory be to God; the MY Project USA family is that village for hundreds of children in Columbus.

Our Village is comprised of a beautiful diverse community of Muslims and non-Muslims who have joined forces to protect and empower youths and their families over the years.

In this installment of Meetup Live’s “Dismantling Social Injustice” (DSI) series, we’re holding a panel discussion on pressing issues within the trans community.

The Ohio Voter Rights Coalition is teaming up with VoteRiders to deliver timely and important voter ID information and assistance directly to voters who may be impacted by the new law.
