We are uniting with cultural organizations from around America to pay tribute to the generations of Latinx and Hispanic Americans who have enriched our nation and society. Join us as we learn about Latinx heritage from the perspectives of Ohioans with different cultural backgrounds.

Join Stratford’s Farmer — Jeff Dickinson — and other experts — to explore the principles and practices of a healthy food system. Whether you are interested in farming or you would simply like to learn more about local agriculture, this series will take you behind the scenes for a first-hand experience on a real working farm.

Head out to the beehives with a member of Stratford’s Apiary Team. You will get a firsthand look inside a living beehive to learn about how they work and live together! Please wear long pants with long socks to tuck your pants into and a long-sleeved shirt or jacket. We will provide veils. All ages are welcome but children must be accompanied by a registered adult (this is not a “drop off” program).

“Coffee With Community” is back! Don’t miss this “popup coffee and treat shop” on Saturdays following our weekly “Fitness in the Park” classes. Our friends from Community Grounds will be set up at Moeller Park from 9:45am to 10:45am. The menu will include hot coffee, cold brews, iced chai, donuts, cookies, mini bagels, and snack bars. Stop by after class or during your morning walk with your family and pups!

Eat, drink, sing, and dance at the annual Serbian Festival! You won’t need a passport to travel to Serbia!

The church’s grounds will be transformed into a Serbian village with homemade Serbian dishes and pastries and a full bar with Serbian beer, Slivovica, and wines. There will be live Serbian music for sing-alongs and kolo dancing, children’s activities and books, and icons and religious items for sale from the St. Stephen’s Bookstore.

Peace is Possible. Help us make Peace Flags for the United Nations International Peace Day in Times Square.

Machai St. Rain, the Peace Peddler, who walked over 10,000 miles for peace, will be in Columbus on her way to New York City for the U.N. International Peace Day Events. We will have music, community, refreshments, and all of the materials for making Peace Flags.

Marius Mason is a trans man who was convicted of sabotage and arson as part of the struggle against environmental destruction and all forms of domination in 2009. He was sentenced to 22-years, the longest sentence of all those who faced targeted repression during the Green Scare.
