What is Plogging?

Plogging is the simple act of picking up litter while you run, hike, or walk. It started in Sweden around 2016 and the term is a merging of the Swedish verbs “plocka upp” (pick up) and “jogga” (jog) creating the new verb “plogga.”

It has become increasingly clear that the systems of “justice” in the U.S. fail a vast majority of people, but how do we change it? No recording of this event will be provided.
