Dr. Abdul El-Sayed will talk about the status of Medicare for All/Single Payer and will be joined by M4SPH [Michigan for Single Payer Healthcare] board members Dr. John Ross and Dr. Susan Fabrick and M4SPH [Michigan for Single Payer Healthcare] chair Bill Farmer.

The panel will discuss the status of the M4A [Medicare for All] movement and what lies ahead. Highlights of the Medicare for All Act of 2022 will also be explained.

We are calling all AIDS Service Organizations (ASOs) and health care providers to join us in exploring alternative ways to engage and serve those living with HIV. In particular, we will discuss how the principle of “Nothing About Us Without Us” can be employed to have a positive impact on individuals, communities, and health outcomes.
