Pride 2021 is unlike any Pride we have experienced before. We are slowly beginning to come out of the COVID-19 pandemic and are acknowledging the aftermath, one year later, of the global reckoning on racial justice following the deaths of George Floyd and so many other Black and Brown people.

Sebastian’s Creative Spaces (SCS) is proud to be partnering with Community Pride 2021! On June 27, SCS will be hosting a youth-based arts event at The Vanderelli Room, 2-5pm. Local BIPOC artists Tea May Brown and Aloe Vera will present the topic of social justice to kids ages 3-13 in a creative context that will be relatable to all ages.

We will talk about what is going on both astronomically and metaphysically with the cycling of the moon. Typically, we hear about full moons, but we’ll also talk about how to understand the energies of the other phases as well.
