Cynthia Brown, founder of Deescalate Ohio Now, will discuss “Qualified Immunity” — what it is, how it endangers communities, and the grassroots effort to repeal it.
Though the focus will be on Ohio, “Qualified Immunity” is widespread around the country.

We garnered 12 news outlet reports across Ohio (plus one national story in Washington, DC in The Hill) and have had almost 100 people join our Action List. Thank you to all who organized and took part!

AIDS Walk Ohio might look a little different this year, but we are excited about the new ways to participate virtually and in-person.
April 29 through May 13, participants can complete their 5K, wherever they want to, by using an app. Share your walk/run progress and see where you line up compared to other participants on the leaderboard.
