In partnership with the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Union County, Kaleidoscope Youth Center is proud to facilitate Union County’s LGBTQIA+ youth program for young people ages 12-20. This is a space where you chat and learn about topics that interest you most, plus meet and share in experience with other LGBTQIA+ young folks.
Currently, the group meets virtually through Zoom every other Wednesday, alternating with the Parents and Family of LGBTQIA+ Community Group.

A new partnership between the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Humanities Center at Cuyahoga Community College and the Ohio State Center for Ethics and Human Values [CEHV] kicks off with a presentation by historian and best-selling author Richard Rothstein, author of the widely celebrated book The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How our Government Segregated America.

The Ohio Council of Churches is putting top emphasis on racism this year.
The new leaders, the Rev. Jack Sullivan and the Rev. Brandi Slaughter, have put together a meaningful program of events, including a “lunch and learn” webinar series, “Feeding the Multitude.” This interactive webinar series will be held via Zoom the third Thursday of each month from 12noon to 1pm.
This series aims to do the following.
• Deepen your knowledge on social justice issues
