Join our friends from Simakovsky Law for a free immigration law clinic and fundraiser at The Mix! 10% of your purchase that day will go back to Elevate Northland. Bring your friends with immigration questions and come hang out with us over some good food.

Ever wanted to volunteer at the Kaleidoscope Youth Center [KYC]? This is your chance to ask staff questions, sign-up to volunteer, or just learn about all the different ways that you can support KYC through volunteering in our center, as a group, or at KYC events!

The Simply Living Book Club’s Winter selection is a brand-new book by Helena Norberg-Hodge, the woman who produced the The Economics of Happiness video that dramatically contrasted the problems with the global economic status quo and the benefits of moving to a more localized economy.

Since 1994, Women Coming Together has organized an annual luncheon to provide an opportunity for women of different racial/ethnic groups, ages, faiths, sexual orientations, and educational and employment experiences to identify and share their community concerns.

Year 3 of our International Women’s Day Fundraiser is quickly approaching! What began in 2017 as a small project for a beer conceptualized, brewed and promoted by the women of Wolf’s Ridge Brewing [WRB], has now become one of our largest fundraising efforts and favorite events of the year.

We couldn’t think of a better day to get the Columbus community together to celebrate women of color. In 2020, we are determined to Take Up Space. This International Women’s Day, attendees can look forward to a day full of motivating words from community leaders, thought leadership on how to be a good ally, explore the work of local artists, and more.

Facing death threats, a Honduran family of four was forced to flee their home seeking shelter in the United States. Just North UCC has taken in this family. Join us for an evening interfaith community dinner to meet the family and to hear the story of their 90-day perilous journey to find asylum in our country. They are still seeking it! Cantor Bat-Ami Moses of Temple Israel will bless us with her angelic voice in celebration of freedom! Vegetarian options will be provided. All are welcome!
