Chef Nowel is a Vegan Culinary Artist from Southern California and an author. After being diagnosed with Lupus in 2010, she adjusted her meal plan to veganism and, after two years, received the most ideal results!

BQIC’s monthly fundraiser is back! Come out and share your poems, songs, monologues, inner musings, good encounters, bad days, etc., on the mic! LGBTQIA+ people of color take priority within this space!

Entry will be via a $5 suggested donation! We will have beverages and snacks for suggested donations as well! Please also consider donating art supplies to Art Outside the Lines, a great art program run by people with disabilities.
