Join us for an engaging and fun introduction to Compassionate-Nonviolent Communication (NVC), the Language of the Heart, led by Susanna Warren.
People of all experience levels, ranging from beginners to experienced practitioners, are welcome to this gathering. We will have a short explanation, a demonstration, and then we will give everyone a chance to practice giving and/or receiving empathy.

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is comprised of volunteers representing a broad segment of the population including, but not limited to, low-income and minority households and those traditionally underserved by transportation.

Join us each Labor Day for a day full of art, music, food, and activities at Northam Park. The Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival hosts 25,000 visitors each year who participate in interactive performances and activities, purchase art from some 200 artists who work in a variety of media and enjoy refreshments from a variety of vendors.

Join the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association for a fun and delicious night marking our 40th anniversary! Once again, Maplestar Farm and The Driftwood Group are collaborating on a fabulous farm-to-table menu of small plates to showcase a diversity of Ohio flavors. Farmers Jake and Dawn Trethewey will lead guided tours of the farm and guests will enjoy little bites of summer in the field and at the table, along with Great Lakes Beer and Wente Vineyards wine.
