Last year, Columbus Citizens for Police Review [CCPR] started a campaign to establish a civilian review board over the Columbus Police Department through a ballot initiative. Though in the end we fell under our required number of signatures, that has not stopped the movement for police reform and revolution.

Only Columbus voters may vote in this special election; the only issue on the ballot will be a proposal to amend the City of Columbus Charter to create City Council districts, to provide for the election of City Council members from those districts, and to change the number of City Council members elected at-large to three.
