Seeds Documentary and Community Conversation is the second event in Shepherd’s Corner Land Justice Series, where we welcome BIPOC artists, filmmakers, writers, and growers to teach us, through intentional programming, what it means to be on and part of the land.
Ticket proceeds go directly to the Ohio Battalion of the 50 States Campaign with Car for Ukraine to purchase a truck for front line defenders in Ukraine. This screening will feature a special in person Q&A with John Gudorf, who is featured in the film.

Join Honesty for Ohio Education and the Columbus Education Justice Coalition for a virtual screening of "Closing the Gap: The Cost of School Closures on Columbus' Southside". This story echoes across Ohio as districts everywhere face tough decisions about buildings and the future of education.
This virtual screening will be followed by a community conversation on Ohio's public schools.

DEATH & TAXES is a feature documentary about wealth, inequality and the American Dream, viewed through the lens of the estate tax and the very personal story of a father and son at odds over what kind of inheritance we want to leave our kids and our country.

2026 Virtual Film Festival: Silenced: Repression of Dissent
Join World BEYOND War for our 6th annual virtual film festival throughout the month of March!
This year’s festival theme examines the increasing repression of nonviolent protest, criminalization of dissent, and the curtailing of freedom of speech worldwide. This year’s film festival creates space for this timely discussion of what’s at stake for those who stand up for peace and justice, and how we can rise up in solidarity to grow our movements in the face of repression.

The City of Columbus Department of Neighborhoods closes out their “One Dream, Many Voices” event series by hosting a free Black History Month event screening of Genius: MLK/X (Rated TV-14) at COSI’s Giant Screen Theater.
This limited series explores the formative years and intersecting paths of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X. Episodes 1 and 2 will be shown, featuring pivotal moments such as Malcolm’s release from prison, MLK’s university graduation, and the foundations of their ideological differences–all set against the backdrop of a changing America.
