Right of way tree planting

Hey friends, we're planting trees again on Thursday, and we could really use some extra hands!

We don't have many plantings left this season, so if you've been waiting to join us, this is a great chance!

Come help us plant 25 trees along right-of-ways in areas of low tree canopy. This is part of a grant that FLOW received from ODNR via the Inflation Reduction Act to plant 400 trees between 2025-2027. Our work is in partnership with Columbus Recreation and Parks Department’s Urban Forestry section (which is solely and legally responsible for all public trees in Columbus).

All supplies will be provided, as well as snacks. Wear sturdy shoes (no sandals) and clothes that can get dirty, and bring a water bottle and anything else you need for being outdoors (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, etc.)

Location: meet near 200 Broad Meadows Blvd, Columbus, OH 43214
