Community

The Central Ohio Young Black Democrats, in partnership with the Franklin County Democratic Party, invites you to help shape the conversation for our upcoming Ohio House District 2 Candidate Forum.

We are collecting questions, comments, and concerns from community members to ensure this forum reflects the priorities and lived experiences of residents across House District 2.

We are honored to welcome The Reverend Dr. Jack Sullivan, Jr., an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), adjunct instructor at Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and former executive director of the Ohio Council of Churches, where he served from 2019 through his retirement in December 2025. Dr. Sullivan is an internationally known preacher and justice advocate, and we are deeply grateful that he will be joining us for this important evening.,

We will be serving the community with a home-cooked meal on the 29th of March at the Northside library.
