This year’s Red Diamond Gala will be like no other. We are excited to finally be able to see everyone’s faces again. You are in store for a fun-filled and informational night with guest speakers who will inform us on the new advancements of how Sickle Cell is treated.

Please join us at the joyous occasion of the grand opening of our new Hilltop Youth Empowerment Center and the Mid-Ohio Collective Market at MY Project USA [3275 Sullivant Ave.] on Friday, September 10.
The open house will be 3-7pm; the ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 3:30pm.
The Hilltop Youth Empowerment Center is a first-of-its-kind center to serve the refugee and immigrant youths on the west side in the Hilltop area. This center is on a half-an-acre property with a 10,000 square-foot indoor space and will feature the following programs and services.

The Rare Books and Manuscripts Library (RBML) of The Ohio State University Libraries is hosting an open house featuring zines: self-published small-circulation magazines typically made for passion rather than profit. This is a joint event with Books!, a new student organization dedicated to book and zine-making.
Attendees will have an opportunity to see highlights from the RBML zine collections, learn more about Books!, and even take home zines made by Books! members and a zine template.
