May Day is for celebrating workers and People Power, for flexing our muscles and showing our economic strength in the face of an all out assault by oligarchs, autocrats and billionaires. Groups across central Ohio have “No Work, No School, No Shopping” actions planned. Below find the ones that we know about – and check the map at maydaystrong.org in case more are registered.
Join the Interfaith Association of Central Ohio (IACO) and Bethel International UMC for an engaging and informative community conversation focused on one of the most pressing issues of our time: Immigration in Central Ohio.
This event will explore the questions: What should we know? What can we do? Attendees will gain insight into the realities of immigration in our region, hear diverse perspectives, and learn ways to support meaningful dialogue and action in our communities.
