Meeting

July 4th, 2026 marks the one-year anniversary of President Trump signing into law the largest cuts to Medicaid in the program’s history with the passage of HR1.

As we reach the one-year anniversary, attend this town hall to hear stories from medical professionals, patients, and health care advocates on the harm Medicaid cuts have caused.

Senators Husted and Moreno and Representative Mike Carey have been invited - join us with your questions and personal stories to make sure they hear loud and clear how their vote to cut Medicaid is impacting their constituents.

With new Ohio laws and threats from DC, access to the ballot is increasingly under attack in Ohio. Join Common Cause Ohio, Indivisible Central Ohio, and other local pro-voter organizations for a training where you will learn: - How to check that you & your friends & family are registered to vote - What has changed for vote-by-mail - How to register and update your friends to make sure they are ready in November - How you can sign up to protect elections and support voters in your neighborhood!

The Columbus Communiy Abolition Collective (CCAC) is a reading- and discussion-based study group on abolition. For our Fall 2026 Session, we will focus on community-based knowledge of abolition.

This chapter provides a historical overview of “Abolitionist Antifascism.” Hope and Mullen highlight how generations of black activist groups have challenged the prison system.
