Meeting
At our July Campaign Briefing, we’ll discuss the latest developments in the campaign to shut down Line 5.
We remain in "decision watch” mode, eagerly awaiting the big permitting decisions and the final ruling from the Michigan Supreme Court on two cases related to Enbridge’s proposed Line 5 oil tunnel in the Great Lakes.
When ICE surges in your community, do you know what to do? Join Indivisible for the first call in our Immigrant Justice Summer training series, where we’ll give you a concrete three-step blueprint for mounting a safe, hyper-local, immigrant-aligned response.
On this one-hour national training call, you will:
Get an overview of the three key steps: getting aligned with immigrant-led organizations in your community, making a plan for your role in the response, and tools for growing your circle of neighbors ready to act.
Grab a coffee, talk politics, and discuss the latest edition of the Workers' Voice newspaper!

These laws, HB 8—Ohio's Don't Say Gay bill and SB 104—the school trans bathroom ban bill, require all 611 school districts to create and implement new policies, but there is little transparency around how those policies are being enforced or how they are affecting students, educators, and families across different communities.
Speaker will be Don Leonard, Democratic Nominee for Congressional District 15. $30.00.

Nationally acclaimed journalist, political commentator, and media entrepreneur Roland Martin will join Congresswoman Joyce Beatty for the 2026 State of Black America, a powerful community conversation focused on the future of Black democracy, political participation, and civic engagement in America.
We’re sharing KYR information with local businesses as a form of preventative care to keep their employees safe from immigration enforcement by equipping them with tools and information. In pairs, we'll head out going door to door, sharing information and chatting with local businesses.
Participants will receive a brief overview training, materials to share, and a buddy! We'll have light breakfast snacks available.
Registration will keep you updated, and ensure you receive meeting location prior to the event.
