Meeting

The City Council Non-Cooperation Campaign is focused on creating non-cooperation policies in cities around Central Ohio. We are developing resolutions which are presented to city councils, creating policies against cooperation with ICE and discrimination against trans individuals. Through this work our aim is to create protections for our trans and migrant neighbors, making Columbus and surrounding cities safer for the working class.

The time is here - time to get @greglevy4senate on the ballot! Our socialist movement is growing everyday across Ohio, and the two-party system has made it clear that they have no real answers for the issues working people care most about.

Join us Friday, March 13th at 6PM at the @columbusliberationcenter for an important campaign volunteer meeting!

All are welcome, now’s the time to join the movement!

Presented by Live Free USA and Black Church Freedom Fund

Join Live Free USA and the Black Church Freedom Fund for a special edition of Organize the Church.

Join Live Free for a powerful evening honoring the legacy and impact of Rev. Jesse Jackson, one of the most influential voices in faith, justice, and civil rights. This special virtual gathering will reflect on his lifelong commitment to organizing communities, empowering the church, and advancing justice.

This session prepares volunteers for the Southside Progressives “Say Something” campaign, a neighborhood effort to reconnect with voters and strengthen community participation.

Participants will learn how to canvass door-to-door and staff community tables, practice simple conversation techniques, and understand how to help neighbors rediscover their personal agency the belief that their voice and actions matter.

The Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) invites you to a webinar to explore the findings from the Blocked from the Ballot research project, which leveraged geospatial data to better understand how, where, and why voting rights of racially diverse communities have been diminished in recent elections. The project identified actions for improving the ability of voters—especially BIPOC voters—to have voices heard in the electoral process.
