Meeting
We’ll be joined by Erica Chenoweth, who will share insights on nonviolent resistance and how people-powered movements can shape what comes next. Together, we’ll dig into the path ahead—from protecting democracy to building local power in the face of rapid change.
We hope you’ll be there—these calls are a powerful way to connect, learn, and take action together!
Our parks should be places for people and wildlife, not prisons.
From Big Bend National Park and Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument to Big Cypress National Preserve and Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge, some of America's most treasured landscapes are under threat from proposals for border wall expansion, militarization, and detention facilities.
Future in Focus: Lobby Day for the Ohio We Deserve
Tuesday, March 24, 2026 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET
Lobby Day is about turning our values into action. It's about everyday Ohioans stepping into the rooms where decisions are made and making sure our voices are heard loud and clear. Lobby Day is about courage. It's about connection. It's about taking that frustration you feel at the headlines and turning it into action that moves the needle.
All of us should have a say in decisions that impact our future. But today in Columbus, we have a rigged system where a small group of people control the future of our city.
That’s why Our City Our Say is working to change how we elect City Councilmembers. We plan to put a charter amendment on the ballot this November to elect council members by only the people who live in that district.
To qualify for the ballot, we need to collect 20,000 signatures before the end of July. We need your help to make that happen!
