We are protesting unfair parole practices, along with unfair treatment of inmates, nationwide, in our prisons, along with those in the county jails. Change is needed; let’s be about change.

We are working towards fairness and respect in our prison system. We want a safe place for inmates and staff alike. We are working on parole reform. Please join.

“As all of the priests of the Columbus Diocese gather for the annual Chrism Mass, we will pray for the inclusion of those who are excluded.”

“We are called to love those who our church excludes; called to pray and act publicly on behalf of others. We have family and friends excluded from priesthood, marriage, communion, or a voice in the church. Come on behalf of the excluded, or on behalf of your children and their children. We have signs for you or make your own.”

The next hearing on the six-week abortion ban is on Tuesday, March 19. This hearing will be for testimony from the bill sponsor and anti-abortion witnesses who support the bill. Senator Kristina Roegner will tell the committee about her plan to effectively end abortion access, with no exceptions for rape, incest, or to adequately protect the health of the woman.

The Honorable Sacred Knights, a KKK organization with roots in Madison, Indiana, are bringing their nonsense to Dayton on May 25. They have acquired a permit to demonstrate at the Old Court House, though they claim that they will be at an unnamed location nearby.

Let’s show that we stand in support with Greta and all the young people striking for climate on 15th March. Young people will lead the way, but we want to show that we support them in their fight to get our governments and businesses to act immediately, to ensure a future free of climate catastrophe for our youth and children.
