I am addressing this letter to both of you. You are my Senator and my
Representative, representing me and thousands of others in the most
wonderful experiment, democracy, a government of the people, for the
people and by the people. We have been again handed a terrible blow
against democracy at this election time November the 2nd. No longer can
we trust our voting process to be fair or accurate. Just look at what is
going on right now in Ohio as we the people try to get a complete and
accurate count of the election. In Gahanna 638 voters were counted at the
polling center on November the 2nd. 4,258 votes for Bush 260 for Kerry
are hard numbers to believe when looking at the number of people that
were registered at polling booth. As you know I am neither registered
Republican or Democrat for I see that our two party system is not working
for us the people.
The Free Press on Election Day posted a disturbing story, later confirmed by the Columbus Dispatch. The Free Press reported that Franklin County Board of Elections Director Matt Damschroder deliberately withheld voting machines from predominantly black Democratic wards in Columbus, and dispersed some of the machines to affluent suburbs in Franklin County.
Damschroder is the former Executive Director of the Franklin County Republican Party. Sources close to the Board of Elections told the Free Press that Damschroder and Ohio’s Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell met with President George W. Bush in Columbus on Election Day.
Thank you for you work and article about the Ohio voting.
So many in the media industry follow the spin information like lemmings over
the cliff. Thank you for speaking out so we the public can hear what is
really going on. Keep up the hard work. We are behind you.

Both states should vote again with paper ballots. I like the ballots used in Monerety County. One needs to connect a broken arrow that points toward the chosen candidate.
Thank you,

I usually get mail from three or four of those groups. Are they all in a bunker?
Very strangely quiet.

After promising he'd ensure every vote got counted in the Nov 2 election, he rolls over immediately and we don't hear a thing from him during this vote fraud meltdown - why can't everyone admit that both he and the Democrats THREW THE ELECTION ON PURPOSE.
Even if Bush was effectively ousted due to an obvious Kerry win, I wouldn't want Kerry as President if you paid me a BILLION dollars. I don't trust him, the Dems, the Repugs, nor our electoral process at all!
The last 2 presidential elections and the 2002 election were all SCAMS. We have got to accept this so that whatever steps we (the PATRIOTIC American populace) need to take, we do so with a clear understanding of what we face.
We have lost our sovereignty...
free.
The mindless puppet who has catapulted us into WW III has free reign to continue the madness for another four years. I predict Iran is the next target. In the meantime our young people will die, the national debt will continue to climb and our way of life is being destroyed forever. We now have a one party system; the checks and balances are gone.
At this point, I am looking to emigrate to Canada.
I appreciate what you are doing more than I can express in words. I HOPE the requests for Ohio recounts will make a difference, but I feel they will not. The courts will push them around for years.
Regards,
Marilyn Gjerdrum
Apparently, quite a lot, if the response to a popular new web site called Sorry Everybody (sorryeverybody.com) is any indication. Created to let those who are dismayed by the re-election of George W. Bush let the world know how they feel, the site features page after page of photos of voters, presumably liberals, progressives and Democrats, holding handmade signs apologizing to the rest of the world for their inability to vote their nemesis out of office.
