Two GOP Reps. are in legal trouble. They are Representative Randy Fine (FL) and Max Miller (OH) who are being both sued by separate entities.
Looks like both men have nothing better to do than making outrageous statements on social media that intended to defame Muslims, spreading lies about Muslim institutions, and trying to silence opposition to the Israeli brutality to attract media attention similar to Donald Trump's style.
Case number one: Against US Rep. Randy Fine

The American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) together with Muslim Legal, filed a federal lawsuit against U.S. Rep. Randy Fine whom ADC calls "one of the most bigoted and racist members ever elected to federal office" for violating the First Amendment Rights of plaintiff AI entrepreneur Amjad Masad.
Fine went on a racist rant on his official Twitter account by saying "I prefer dogs over Muslims." However, after Masad mocked Fines behavior about choosing between dogs and Muslims with, "Are you talking about what's for lunch," Fine swiftly blocked him.
On July 9, 2019, the AP reported "President Trump can't ban critics from his Twitter account, a federal appeals court has ruled, saying the 1st Amendment calls for more speech, rather than less, on matters of public concern." The U.S. 2nd Circuit of Appeals in Manhattan upheld a lower court who said "Trump violated the Constitution when he blocked his critics." As expected, Trump disagreed and mocked the court ruling.
According to ADC, "Courts have recognized that the interactive component of an official's social media generally constitutes a form of speech and that banning a critic from that interactive component constitutes unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination according to the legal complaint."
The legal complaint further explains that, "For those reasons, defendant's block of plaintiff excludes him from viewing and participating in the interactive space in the manner available to unblocked uses, including replying to posts, engaging in threads, and interacting with defendant's post and other users in that forum."
Former Ohio State Treasurer Josh Mandel did the very same thing in 2022 when he was running for Ohio US Senate after I expressed my displeasure to him on his Facebook page and asked him "to retract his statement and issue a sincere apology to all Muslims and Mexicans. Mandel referred to Muslims as "terrorists" and Mexicans as "gangbangers." Instead of acting like a real man, he chose to block me instead. As a result, Mandel was censored by Twitter for inciting hate and was banned for 30 days by Facebook.
ADC has received national and international media recognition for its lawsuit against Rep. Randy Fine. The lawsuit highlights Fine's use of his official social media account to communicate about government business and then silencing critics who respond to his rhetoric.
One week ago, Matthew Chapman wrote to Reuters News this message, "Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) has been sued for violating the First Amendment's rights of a man who mocked his racist tirade, claiming Muslims should have fewer rights than dogs."
ADC got another message of solidarity from Phil Downey that read, "I’m an attorney with 30 years' experience in complex litigation. I would like to volunteer my research and writing skills. I hate Fine!"
Case number two: Against US Rep. Max Miller
https://freepress.org/article/us-rep-max-miller-another-genocidal-anti-palestinian-playing-wild-victim-card
Dr. Feras Hamdan of Cleveland is suing US Rep Max Miller (R-OH) for filing false police report and for defamation. Congressman Max Miller is exploiting the political scene and attempting to discredit and defame well-respected members of the Palestinian community in Cleveland. Rep Miller told 9-1-1 operator that a deranged guy threatened to kill him and his daughter on while driving to his work on the highway and called him a “dirty Jew,” tailgating his car, and running him off the highway, according to the incident report. Later, all those accusations by Rep. Miller were found to be malicious lies.

Congressman Max Miller 911 Call. June 19, 2025- EXPLICIT
Dr. Hamdan was arrested, his name was ruined, and his name and picture were blasted from page story on national and international media. His business suffered immensely. My investigation revealed that the Doctor never threatened to kill Rep. Miller or his daughter. Practically, Miller filed a false report. So, the persecutor allowed Dr. Hamdan to plead to these dramatically reduced charges due to the evidence showing that Miller was lying about being threatened. But that was too late because the damage has been done to Dr. Hamdan.
The Pattakos Law Firm filed a defamation lawsuit last month against Miller on Dr. Hamdan’s behalf after prosecutors dropped all of their charges that he had “threatened,” “menaced,” or committed any “antisemitic” acts against Miller.
"It was a great embarrassment of the Congressman and law enforcement officials whom he misled, as well as all the news outlets locally, nationally, and internationally which broadcast Miller’s facially implausible accusations without applying even the slightest scrutiny to them," said Dr. Hamdan's defense attorney.
Finally, attorney Peter Pattakos has this advice for Rep. Miller: "If you routinely make vile public statements wishing death and destruction on millions of innocent civilians in Palestine and one of your constituents decides to express his dissent to you by showing you a Palestinian flag through his car window when he happens to see you driving next to him on highway. Why take to the airwaves with a lie-filled tantrum about being the victim of an 'antisemitic road rage incident,' especially when the constituent, you're making false accusations against happens to be driving a Tesla that recorded data showing that his window wasn't down when you claimed to have heard him threaten to 'kill' you."
So, when it comes to current issues that affect our nation, such as the unproved verbal attacks on Muslims or supporting the genocide in Gaza with US taxpayers' money or the murder of 173 Iranian children (ages 7-12), both Reps. Fine and Miller are either absent or too cowardly to voice clear and specific thoughts. Reason? It would not set well with the Israeli lobby, better known as AIPAC, who funds their campaigns.
Why not airdrop both over Iran or send them to Gaza and let them fight there since they are paid by AIPAC?
