1) NEED AN APOLOGY from Israel and its backers for lies about what happened
7 October (and it is not just the lie aboutt beheaded babies but more
seriously about who bombed Israeli houses and cars killing civilians) and
the genocide that folowed and still ongoing. Here are some of the lies
(taken from ongaza.org):
-IDF lookouts threatened with court martial after early worning about Hamas
But the victim we are told is the villain
Many a death certificate written before birth certificate
Yet, rotten governments western and arab procrastinate
No point to count the thousands rotting under the rubble
For no one has tools or equipment to go to the trouble
No counting of "unknowns" burried in mass graves
For there are still living injured after each of the shockwaves
The 27,000 living dead are injured many cannot be treated
For hospitals were bombed, medicine denied, and they can't even be shielded
Hungry and thirsty they envy the dead
Children merely want to die having last meal fed
Or go to heaven where they can play
They hate the counting and feebly pray
To live to tell a story, realize dreams, maybe safety arrive
silence the bombs and keep hope alive

The Current State of Play – A Slim Window of Opportunity
Heddle: So give us the current state of play. How does the situation shake out now? What should informed and vigilant citizens be aware of here?
The West Coast premiere of award-winning playwright Howard L. Craft’s crafty Freight: The
Five Incarnations of Abel Green starring J. Alphonse Nicholson at the Fountain Theatre is
among the best one-man shows I’ve ever experienced. (Technically, Sidney Edwards portrays
“The Universal Flow,” who graciously assists Nicholson between scenes with props, costumes,
etc., as he morphs from one character to the next; otherwise, this is essentially a solo show.)
The 90-minute-plus, one-act play spans a century, and each of the five dramatis personae
Nicholson adeptly, smoothly transitions to and transforms into represents aspects of the African
American experience, from the 1910s to 2010s. (Freight ran Off-Broadway in 2015 and was a
New York Times’ Critic’s Pick – as it is for moi, too.) The quintet of characters includes circa
1910 a minstrel act performer who, cleverly channeling Hattie McDaniel and Stepin Fetchit,
would rather be well paid by white folks for playing a clueless, stereotypical “darkie” than to
