There was one item you did not mention in your article "Twelve Ways Bush is stealing the election".  I am from Ohio and living Overseas.  The FVAP (Federal Assistance Voting Program) which is run by the DoD gave 17 incorrect mailing addresses out of 88 counties.  One of those counties was Franklin County which is one of the largest in the state.

Attached is the spreadsheet I made of the counties that have incorrect addresses.  I called every county election board that did not match the address on the Project Vote Smart website to verify their address.  As a volunteer for Overseas Vote, we received emails from hundreds of voters from Ohio who did not get registered properly.  The number could be in the thousands since many Ohioans living overseas do not know who to contact.  

By the way, this problem did not pertain to just Ohio but to other states as well.  Pennsylvania had incomplete addresses listed on their website.   Any American registering through their local embassy or consulate used the FVAP handbook to find the address on where to send their FPCA form.
