Hey, thanks Michael Moore: Not only have you legitimized an industry-- we could sure use the jobs—but, more importantly, you have galvanized a movement. And I love your market niche, Real News, who would have thought. The Saudi angle was good, a nice wedge-in.

Not one senator stepping up, at the invitation of the minority house members on behalf of at least 50% of the voting population of America: In protest to what may have been a hostile takeover of the US Government. This same group of elected officals passed the Patriot Act-- without reading it—a document that is attempting to restructure the economic/political/social landscape of this country: At least, it wasn’t intentional negligence. And then, again [same guys], unconstitutionally abdicating their war power authorities to George W. Bush. What the fuck! Who needs an “Outside Enemy” when you’re got representatives like these?

Are these guys “out cold on the wheel house floor”, or is something going down? These congressmen were elected and committed by constitutional law to act responsively and professionally on our behalf in the areas of constitutional governance, quality of life and public resources. They committed [on our behalf] to a fundamental document of law without reading it? Is that abnegation of duty, or what? I know what I would do if it was my attorney: Wait a second….

Mr. Moore was certainly correct in focusing-in on 9/11. It is the keystone of the New World Order. From the limited research that I have done, 9/11 had to have been engineered from the inside. Too many holes, to many coincidences and communications, too many attempts to withhold evidence, to many conflicts of interest, to many structural incongruities, to many lies. None of us want to believe this. It’s too painful and requires that we step out of our stupors and do something. But every threat presents an opportunity. George, is after all, a catalyst of change. He’s got his fingers on the apocalyptic self-destruct trigger. His administration represents metaphoric change that’s pervasive enough to control or end--the evolutionary pathway of the human species. So we need to decide, as a global community, where we are to take this precious planet. Time is of the essence.

So let me say this, “It’s Psychological”. If it’s human, it’s psychological. Our human psychology is represented by the symbols of our respective language systems. It is the 2nd edition of Earnest Becker’s, The Birth and Death of Meaning [1970], which best encapsulates the psychological landscape of Western mankind. I speak as a layman. Becker’s 13 chapters start from the ground floor to the widow’s peak. It goes something like this.

Man develops language as a means of felling larger and more dangerous prey to satisfy the meat desires of his cavewoman. As the depth and utility of the language increases-- there is born the process of analysis: “Which path to take, I do not know”. With the decision process comes a break in motion—there goes the Now—and a resultant phenomena, called anxiety. Now we layer in the Oedipus complex. The mother [parent], who has a considerable influence over this little maggot of a baby, starts doling-out conditional love, as a means of managing her child’s development. In some cases, the conditions far exceed the love. The child’s natural inclinations are constantly subjugated. He grows up in an environment where things and power are more important than human interactions and love. He moves from anxiety to neurosis. When the absence of parental nurturance exceeds some critical point [probably child specific], the neurosis can become psychotic.

At this point, Becker introduces the Anal Sadistic [one of psychology’s charactologies]. He characterizes the Anal Sadistic as this extremely materialistic creature who is a complete control freak and devoid of any real human emotions. He then compares him to Kubrick’s Dr. Strangelove, who triumphantly rises from his wheel chair with the “bombs bursting in air” at the end of the movie: The psychic healing “taking nothing less than the destruction of the planet”.

It’s psychological and because of a confluence of conundrums in our material world, the Anal Sadistic rises to the top. Call them the Illuminati, the Bilderbergers, the CFR, the Zionists, Al Qaeda, Mj-12, whatever. As with Dr. Strangelove, these people are taking us to the precipice, and if you’re hearing the main street press and media—you would think that everyone is gleefully going along for the ride. I don’t think so.

So what do we do about it? What kind of an effect will an election have. Where are the threats and opportunities in this game. I’m with Larry Brown [Pistons] when he says, “ we’ve got to get control of this game”. Right from the get go, to get control we’ve got to be thinking control. It’s got to be the people’s psychology. We’ll have to create as we move forward [creative construction]. Again, from the get go, we’ve got to face the opposition at every encounter. Where ever you are and whatever you are doing, we have to set healthy boundaries: This is what you can and cannot do to my species, to my children, to their children, to the life force of planet earth. We have got to take control of the game. If left unchecked, the Anal Sadistic will take it all. It’s just his nature.

But he rules only because we let him. He becomes the epitome of whom we have-- literally-- been programmed to think we are. We are controlled by the powerful symbols of our language, locked in-- as it where-- by the sophistry of Fifth Avenue. We are willingly deceived by the madness because we are so much more uncomfortable with change. Becker emphasizes that fundamental change often produces madness and suicide in mankind. And yet, change we must, if we are to continue as a species. George has taken us to the edge. Evolve or go under.

At this point we are headed towards Becker’s 13th Chapter which he titles, “ Religion: The Quest for the Ideal Heroism. Essentially he speaks of our Oedipus driven hero system created to protect us from the reality of our situation. Our unique language system with our capacity to analyze, our self-awareness [we’re all going to die] and our fear of the miraculous make for creatures of despair and anxiety. It is essential that we own up to this issue. We must develop a transcendent Vision, which in turn will drive the operational aspect of our enterprises [the vision thing]. We will have to start opening to other realms of human existence. We have got to plan for the future and provide for generational succession. We have got to open ourselves up to fundamental change and move ahead with our own strength to the frontiers of our anxiety. We have got to stop the insanity, which now pervades the human community. It’s just what it is, and who knows how it might unfold. We could get lucky. Things could go right.

Happy sovereign day!
