Making disparaging remarks against Somalis is nasty and unbefitting of a president

President Trump has recently called US Rep. Ilhan Omar “garbage” and immigrants like her “garbage” too. That is a vile and dangerous thing to say. Rep. Omar and Somalis in Minnesota and across the country are now being harassed and threatened thanks to President Trump and his MAGA lunatics. DJT has a longstanding history of using dehumanizing language toward his political adversaries and marginalized groups, frequently referring to them as "vermin," "enemies from within," and other disparaging terms. Everything that comes out of Trump's mouth is a lie or exaggeration of the truth. His double standards really need to stop, and his hatred of Somalis and brown people isn't doing the country any good. It is even more disturbing that all members of the President's cabinet as well as MAGA clan are not embarrassed by Trump's incendiary and vile statements even when it slanders people of color. Just read a report by the Independent about a 30-year-old Florida man is facing up to six years in federal prison after confessing to posting violent threats on X that promised to decapitate Rep.

We Need to Know How Corporate Democrats Made President Trump Possible

 No factors were more pivotal than the outlooks and actions of the Democratic Party leadership. Scrutinizing them now is vital not only for clarity about the past. It also makes possible a clear focus on ways to prevent further catastrophe.

Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya: Does anyone still remember me?!

If we truly had a free media in the US, rather than one serving the interest of the only shithole in the Middle East, the story of Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, who was kidnapped by the IDF one year ago and has been since held in Israeli concentration camp would have been a front-page story.

Daniel Pearl and Etan Alexander were taken captives in Afghanistan (2002) and Gaza (2023) respectively. Their names became household names. Their stories were televised by US media and their pictures were front page stories. Sadly, Pearl did not make it, but Alexander was freed and came back home. Reason? There were both Jewish.

Israeli occupation forces detained Dr. Abu Safia on December 27 after they forcibly vacated the Kamal Adwan Hospital during a military operation in northern Gaza.

Dr. Abu Safiya is currently held in Ofer Prison, which is located near Ramallah in Israel. He was previously detained in notorious Sde Teiman military detention camp before being transferred to Ofer Prison, as reported by the Middle East Monitor.
