Welcome to AmeriKKKa, the home of White mass shooters and land of “No black lives matter.” We have been taught that America is the land of the free and the home of the brave, but I’m having a hard time believing that statement in light of what happened to pro-Palestinian student activists Mahmoud Khalil of Columbia University and Liu Lijun, a grad student at University of California, Los Angeles, CLA- Mahmoud is a green cardholder and Miss Lijun is on a student visa. These are dark days in America.

Two days ago, petition demanding the immediate release of Palestinian student activist Mahmoud Khalil has garnered nearly 900,000 signatures after his detention by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on Saturday.

Even though all members of Congress swore oaths to defend the right to speak freely and assemble to petition for the redress of grievances, only 14 House Democrats sent a letter today to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, demanding the immediate release of Mahmoud Khalil, the Columbia University graduate who has been arrested and detained based on accusations stemming from his campus advocacy for Palestinian rights. A legal resident of the United States who holds a green card and is married to a US citizen, Khalil was arrested Saturday by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and detained in Louisiana. No Republican members of the House or the Senate who brag about putting America first has signed the letter.

The First Amendment protects everyone in the US. The government’s actions are obviously intended to intimidate and chill speech on one side of a public debate,”

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) Warns: 'Today It's Mahmoud Khalil—Tomorrow It's Me or You'
One of the most powerful US official responses to Kahil's abduction came from Democratic Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy, who exposed the government hypocrisy and warned about the impact of the assault of freedom of speech.

Meanwhile, in a statement posted to X, The Apartheid Defense League (ADL) praised the government action to curb antisemitism and hailed ICE agents' abduction of Columbia University student protester Mahmoud Khalil and the revocation of his green card by ICE over Columbia University protests

However, American Jewish organization If Not Now, who organizes the Jewish community to end U.S. support for Israel's apartheid system and demand equality, justice, and a thriving future for all Palestinians and Israelis issued the following statement " It’s outrageous. ICE abducted Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University student activist, from his home because he was organizing for Palestinian rights. He’s now being held indefinitely and separated from his wife, who is eight months pregnant."

When local WSYX ABC decided to conduct on a poll " Do you think the US should deport pro-Palestinian student?", Local Palestinian attorney Mazen Rasoul blasted the TV station saying "it's ridiculous and unbelievably dehumanizing for a Media outlet to even consider conducting such a poll or accepting the notion that it is OK to use immigration as a weapon to silence free speech.

Rasoul added, however, WSYX ABC 6 decided that it’s OK to conduct such a pool. He encourages his followers to vote and to write a message to ABC6 that this is unacceptable. Rasoul further asked, "Imagine a major news outlet conducting a poll on “do you think the US government should deport all Jewish people who support the genocide” or any other scenario you can imagine! https://abc6onyourside.com/.../vote-do-you-think-the...
That would be rejected right off hand, and it would not set well with the local Jewish community!

Federal Judge Blocks Deportation of Palestinian Activist Mahmoud Khalil

Questioning the Israeli genocide in Gaza should not be a Crime

You can deny God exists
You can deny Palestine never existed.
You can call any president, Prime Minister, King, or Queen in every name in the book.
You can insult over 2 billion Muslims
You can call Jesus (pbuh) a bastard and His Mother superior, Mariam, a whore, and no one will give a rat. But if you, God forbid, question the Israeli inhumane policies towards Palestinians you will end up in jail, or you have your student visa revoked and possibly expelled out of the country. Sound like dictatorship? You bet it is!

During the protest for banning of SJP & JVP @olumbiaUniversity on Nov. 20, 2023, two Israeli students sprayed an odious chemical @ protesters, leaving students with burning eyes, nausea, & chest pain & vomiting. That was a criminal act. Never less, the Israeli students were not expelled from college, have their student visa revoked and or deported. Still, the Trump administration revoked the student visa of a Chinese scholar in California for participating in pro-Palestinian rally at the campus. Looks like free speech is going down the drain under Trump.

The State Department did not name the student, but social media posts identified her as Liu Lijun, a grad student at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Liu came to prominence after her arrest in May 2024 following campus unrest, war after the pro genocide extremist group attacked pro peace protesters with sticks and metal objects. No Pro Israeli protesters were detained, have their student visa revoked and or expelled out the country. You're entitle to free speech if you agree with Trump's agenda.

According to Maya Berry, Executive Director of the Arab American Institute (AAI), " The language of officials, from the White House to the State Department to DHS, shows the arrest for what it truly is—the silencing of political speech deemed unwanted by our federal government. In fact, DHS officials referred people to the White House when inquiries were made about this case. To be clear, officials have made no claim that Mr. Khalil has engaged in any unlawful activities, insisting instead that the pro-human rights protests Mr. Khalil helped organize were antisemitic. In addition to this dangerous mischaracterization, this is an obvious violation of the First Amendment and a worrisome indication of future suppression for those whose political ideas do not align with the Trump Administration."

We all have the right to oppose the Israeli genocide – not what Donald Trump wants us to.

Donald Trump's unconstitutional policies are an assault on freedom of speech. Americans elected a president that does more for Israel than the American people, His pockets are stuffed with Jewish and Israeli lobbying money

There are 1.1 million foreign students in America. Sen. John Kennedy (R-Al) wants them all to love and have allegiance to America or leave. Ignorance is a bliss

Sen. John Kennedy of Alabama said in a recent TV interview, "pro-Palestinian foreign students are not welcome in American, but pro Chinese government are. "I can't believe they let an ignoramus like that hold a public office!

Finally, in the words of pro genocide activist, "We may seem outnumber, but we use nail gun, skunk chemical, resorts to smear, blackmail, and whine nonstop. We hit our opponents by going after their employers. That is our last of defense.

Yesterday, Trump’s Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was ' just lying to our faces' about Mahmoud Khalil, when she falsely claimed that Mahmoud is paid agitator, not student. Mis Leavitt did not provide any proof for her outlandish claim. Mahmoud is no threat to US national security!

Mahmoud is being kicked out of the US for criticizing the Israeli genocide in Gaza and for defending the Palestinian rights to freedom.

The US government reserves the right to revoke a student visa or a Green Card, but the US CANNOT coverup the genocide!
