My exegesis on this story, responding to a Straight Dope article that didn't go far enough, is at http://www.romm.org/prescott.html .

The situation is worse than you make it seem.  In fact the Bush's, starting with Bert Walker in 1924,  had a very close relationship with the Nazi party and Nazi Germany.  Prescott has never fully answered for his association, and Bert's association with the Herrimans worked in his favor.

The relationship the Walker/Bush families had with the Nazis is strikingly parallel to the relationship the Bush family has with the bin Ladens today.  And both are being covered up.  The press is finally realizing the emperor has no clothes.  If Bush Sr. had dealt with this, no one would accuse W. of anything.  But the cover-up of family sins is starting to rise above the radar for many.  And this, to me, is a good thing.

A book based on solid research and dots connected by a good mind using common sense is "The Nazi Doctors" by Robert Jay Lifton.

Good analogies weave their way through that can be precisely matched up to the policies developed by Karl Rove, just like we didn't elect George Bush, we didn't elect Rove to run our personal lives with his Machiavellian plans.

I certainly agree with you on "outing" the Bush administration for what it is.

I also believe that nothing will be accomplished in the "war on terrorism" unless the Likud is similarly "outed", for it is as similar to the "Nazi elite" as the Bush administration is.

It is now fashionable to draw the parallels that Senator Byrd has drawn, but the Likud is still protected by the "criticize Israel and you are an anti-Semite and comparable to the Nazi elite" tonic.

Just read your piece on Commondreams...I hope your sending a hard copy to the Hill and related buildings...scary, ain't it?...thanks for being...

COncerning Lt. Boykin and his supposed "ultra CHRISTIAN Views" Before everyone makes total fools of themselves they better look into the WACO news and facts! DAH!

Lt. Boykin was one of the men on the Delta force that informed Reno that the tear gas would be OK to use. WACO Branch Davidians' were CHRISTIANS, HELLO... NOT MUSLIMS!

Dear Sirs:

It was an eyeopening, incredibly saddening moment to run across your views on Michael Medved's show the other day.  You need to look in the mirror Mr. Wasserman, as we frequently become what we profess not liking.  You want truth, but you cannot even answer a simple question.  Your truth must be only the way YOU want it revealed to others, who may lack the intelligence to see it for what it is or is not.  What energy you disperse in vitriol!  How much better used it would be otherwise.  I am older than you, but luckily, until the other day, I had never heard of you.  I hope never to again.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the Michael Medved show last Friday as Medved cleaned Wasserman's clock. As disgusted as I was with Wasserman spewing forth non-stop dog crap, I decided the more he spews out, the better. With all the sludge the socialists, bong-gurgling anarchists, Blame-America-first Chomskyites and conspiracy-theory crackpots spew forth, the more likely that President Bush will do a 50-state electoral sweep in November '04. So everybody keep flapping their jaws.
