The Passage of California’s Controversial Senate Bill 276 Reveals that PharmacoFascism is Alive and Well

(Minnesota’s legislators, just like state and federal legislators everywhere, are universally vaccinology illiterate; they are hungry for campaign donations; and big pharma’s lobbyists are there to accommodate them)

Below is a list of Big Pharma-bribed California Democratic Party lawmakers (none of whom recused themselves from voting for the SB276 bill due to their blatant conflicts of interest!). Also listed is the amount of money they had accepted from multinational drug companies or their lobbying groups:

The list was published in an important article that was written by Sayer Ji, founder of Read the full article at:

Ji writes: “With the sudden passing of SB 276 in California, it may be time we start talking about a pharmaceutical coup d'état in this country.

“California, alone, is the world's 5th largest economy -- a perfect target for an illegal, unconstitutional seizure of power by multinational corporations who exercise a near limitless financial influence on our political process. And your state may be next.

“A recent report in the Sacbee (a Sacramento newspaper) reveals that California lawmakers received millions of dollars from the pharmaceutical industry, with Senator Pan (sponsor of SB 276) at the top on the list:

  • Sen. Richard Pan* D-Sacramento $95,150
  • Assembly Speaker Toni Atkins D-San Diego $90,250
  • Sen. Ed Hernandez* D-Azusa $67,750
  • Sen. Holly Mitchell* D-Los Angeles $60,107
  • Assemblyman Brian Maienschein* R-San Diego $59,879
  • Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León D-Los Angeles $56,648
  • Sen. Isadore Hall D-Compton $52,400
  • Sen. Jerry Hill D-San Mateo $50,209
  • Assemblyman Henry Perea D-Fresno $49,550
  • Assemblywoman Shirley Weber D-San Diego $47,000
  • Assemblyman Mike Gatto D-Los Angeles $46,491
  • Assemblywoman Susan A. Bonilla* D-Concord $45,600
  • Sen. Andy Vidak R-Hanford $42,800
  • Assemblyman Tom Daly D-Anaheim $40,300
  • Assemblyman Kevin Mullin D-South San Francisco $38,400
  • Assemblyman Adam Gray D-Merced $37,000
  • Assemblyman Rob Bonta* D-Alameda $36,750
  • Assemblyman Anthony Rendon D-Lakewood $36,200
  • Assemblyman Jimmy Gomez* D-Los Angeles $33,850
  • Assemblyman Richard Gordon D-Menlo Park $33,100

“It's no mystery that in politics, as in life, money often buys influence. In essence, this is how the pharmaceutical industry bought mandatory vaccination for all school children in California -- or as our lead article today refers to the state -- in CaliPharma.” <<SNIP>>

The first list is from FDA vaccine package inserts for the childhood vaccines that are on the CDC and AAP recommended schedules; the second list is from a Belgium organization. Medical situations in which vaccinations are logically contraindicated and should be delayed (in Belgium, at least)

• A child who is not really healthy should never be vaccinated. Even a banal cold or moderate fever increases the risk of complications.

• A serious reaction (see SIDE EFFECTS) to a previous vaccination is a compelling reason to stop following the vaccine schedule; a subsequent vaccination can, after all, be fatal.

• An allergy to one of the components of the vaccine is also a compelling reason to not administer this vaccine.

There are two ways to know that your child is allergic to the vaccine:
1 ° because the patient has reacted allergically to a previous dose of this vaccine;
2 ° because the parent KNOWS that their child had an allergic reaction to one of the components of the vaccine.

Examples of substances that can be found in vaccines that often give rise to allergies are aluminum hydroxide adjuvants, the mercury derivative thiomersal, and the antibiotic neomycin (polio, DTP, MMR), etc.

• People with chronic fatigue should not get vaccinated.

• If the immune system is suppressed (for example by cortisone or anti-cancer drugs), vaccination should not be allowed.

• Pronounced irritability after birth or after the first vaccination should encourage extreme caution and possibly postpone or cancel vaccination.

• Pre-existent allergies OR allergies in close relatives increases the risk of side reactions.
(Allergies include asthma, hay fever, food allergies [cow's milk, gluten, etc.]).

• Serious neurological illnesses (eg MS, ALS),

serious skin diseases,

Serious systemic or autoimmune diseases (Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, erythema nodosum, insulin-dependent diabetes, etc), even among close family members, are reasons to refrain from vaccination.

A list of a few of the many vaccine-induced adverse effects that can occur with all vaccines:

** A large, red, warm swelling may occur at the site of vaccination . Also flat, pink, raised spots (hives) or small red, dry dots (rash) can occur all over the body.

** Fever: raising the temperature above 39 ° C is not a normal reaction and must be reported to the doctor.

The following 6 toxic effects could represent a vaccine-induced encephalopathy or encephalitis that could cause death, near death or a chronic disabling neurological disorder (see list further below):

** The child may vomit , become excessively windy or have diarrhea .

** The child may become pale, cold, weak and unconscious shortly after vaccination. This is extremely dangerous. Resuscitation on site and immediate hospitalization are necessary.

** Convulsions, whereby the child becomes absent, or stiff, or makes uncontrolled movements with eyes, arms or legs. One must immediately inform the doctor. The child must be followed closely because there is a risk of permanent brain damage.

** Some children begin inconsolable, uncontrollable weeping or screaming, often at a very high, shrill tone, and only they fall asleep when they are exhausted. This indicates brain irritation and is an alarm sign! The doctor must be notified immediately.

** The child may become abnormally sleepy, or sleepless, or have a totally disturbed sleep pattern .

** Cot death (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome [SIDS or near-SIDS]) is a tragic complication that is clearly more frequent in the period after vaccination.

** The child may have a chronic cold , recurrent ear or throat infections, develop bronchitis or asthma .

** Allergy is more common after vaccination against whooping cough and measles, among other things.

** Insulin dependent diabetes is 60% more common after hepatitis B and Hib vaccination.

** All kinds of paralysis can occur, including Guillain-Barré Syndrome and Acute Flaccid Myelitis.

**Autoimmune diseases (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Erythema Nodosum, Periarteritis Nodosa, Insulin Dependent Diabetes, Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, Goodpasture syndrome) have been diagnosed after various vaccines (tetanus, BCG, measles, hepatitis B).

** In the long term, vaccination can lead to Autism Spectrum Disorder, hyperkinetism (ADHD), learning difficulties, behavioral problems (aggression) and character disorders

** Sudden death can be the result of an acute complication (shock, brain inflammation).
