Three criminal prosecutions in Ohio's biggest county have opened with strong indications that the cover-up of the theft of the 2004 presidential election is starting to unravel. Prosecutors say these cases involve "rigging" the recount in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland), where tens of thousands of votes were shifted from John Kerry to George W. Bush, or else never counted. Meanwhile, corroborating evidence continues to surface throughout Ohio illuminating the GOP's theft of the presidency. According to the AP, County Prosecutor Kevin Baxter opened the Cuyahoga trial by charging that "the evidence will show that this recount was rigged, maybe not for political reasons, but rigged nonetheless." Baxter said the three election workers "did this so they could spend a day rather than weeks or months" on the recount.

Jacqueline Maiden, the county election board's third-ranking employee, faces six counts of misconduct involving ballot review. Rosie Grier, the board's ballot department manager, and Kathleen Dreamer, an assistant manager, are also charged. All three are on paid administrative leave, and are being supported by the county board of elections.

Suppose the movers and shakers in the Israel lobby here -- Abe Foxman, Alan Dershowitz and the rest of the crew -- had simply decided to leave Jimmy Carter's "Palestine Peace Not Apartheid" alone. How long before the book would have been gathering dust on the remainder shelves? Suppose even that Dershowitz had rounded up his unacknowledged co-authors in all their tens of thousands and sallied forth to buy up every copy of Carter's book and toss each one into the Charles River, would not that have been a more successful suppressor than the blitzkrieg strategy they did adopt?

Of course it would. For weeks now the lobby has hurled its legions into battle against Carter. He has been stigmatized as an anti-Semite, a Holocaust denier, a patron of former concentration camp killers, a Christian madman, a pawn of the Arabs who "flatly condones mass murder" of Israeli Jews. (This last was from Murdoch's New York Post editorial, relayed to its mailing list by the Zionist Organization of America.)

How do we love "Annie"? Let's count some ways:

She tugs our heartstrings with the story of an orphan seeking her parents. She tickles our funny bone with her antics and her spunk. She warms our souls with her endless appeal to our children, who never tire of the show.

And there is so much more. But suffice it to say the rendition being offered at the Ohio Theater (January 16-21) does more than ample justice to this timeless classic.

The staging is lovely. The music is rendered beautifully by a travelling orchestra under the direction of Kelly Ann Lambert.

Marissa O'Donell does a fine, forceful job of bringing us an Annie who is charming, funny and full-voiced.

Her counterpart, Conrad John Schuck, gives us a personable, soulful Daddy Warbucks. With extensive credits from film (McMillan and Wife), Broadway (Annie Get Your Gun) and television (NYPD Blue), Schuck is convincing, engaging and good to hear. He has a powerful stage presence that lends seasoned talent and gravitas to a play that could otherwise float away in sentimentality and froth.

Columbus, Ohio is hosting a unity of hate groups on the 17th and 18th of Feburary 2007 and we intend to shut them down. Central to organizing this national hate conference is the National Socialist Movement, which is the largest neo-nazi group in the United States according to the Anti-Defamation League.

The NSM have invited other white supremacist organizations to attend, including "Klansmen, Skinheads, National Socialists, Aryan Nations and World Creators". Every one of these groups is associated with a history of violence and brutality against people of color and all people opposed to nazi and fascist power. Some of their membership have endorsed the attacking and/or killing of people at random, lynchings and other acts of violence against people with the intention of enforcing a malevolent world order of white supremacy.

Their History of Violence

Aryan Nations was founded as the political wing of Church of Jesus Christ-Christian in 1974. They quickly took advantage of the church and religious status of the parent organization which drove them into the top ranks of white supremacist organizations. They started by spreading

As most of us may already know, men tend to rule from the mind, which abounds in doubts and suspicion. This explains why men in general find it rather difficult to trust others. At the same time, women tend to rule from the heart, which is characterized by love and compassion. This explains why there were no traces of war during the matriarchal times when women ruled the world. Since the arrival of the patriarchy, some eight thousand years ago or so, there have been numerous wars that inflicted so much suffering to this very day.

It is obvious that the job of the United Nations Secretary-General has emerged to become the most important job in the world in terms of its tremendous potential to put pressure and to exert influence in bringing needed vital changes into proper perspective.  If we were to analyze the history of the United Nations since it started in 1945, we would discover that the five permanent members of the UN Security Council served more as a detriment than an asset to this world-wide body of nations.

In every era of history, we always had a group of countries which were drawn together by mutual common interests and benefits. Such groups were referred to later by various names, among the common ones we find that of alliance or coalition. For the past six thousand years of recorded history, we have witnessed a world dominated by a patriarchy that tended to be vindictive, merciless and brutal.

Characteristics of the Culture of War

This was mostly due to the fact that the patriarchs that assumed power were all born and raised in a culture of war, which is characterized by distrust, suspicion, and belligerence. Because of this, there are hardly cases of international significance where problems were tried to be solved through genuine healthy dialogues. The philosophy of the patriarchy has been always the same. It runs something like this:
